It is so much easier to take pictures of kids when they are doing something they love. Asking a kid to look at the camera can some times feel like suggesting they eat a whole plate of vegetables and pretend to love them (or is this just my kids?). Some of my all time favorite pic's are of my kids doing everyday kinds of things - like my little man playing on the play ground and realizing he can see me right below him. Catching the delight on their faces as they discover something new is one of the reasons I started my photography journey.
